⚫︎If you would like to create a stamp with your own logo, please send an image of the logo you would like to use to the email address below before purchasing.

⚫︎We will ship your order within about a week of confirmation.

⚫︎If there is a long holiday in between, it will take longer, so if you are in a hurry, please check before purchasing.

⚫︎In accordance with international shipping rules, the packaging will be simple.

⚫︎We are careful to inspect our products, but if there is a problem with the product, please contact us within one week of arrival.
If too much time has passed since arrival, we may not be able to guarantee the product.
